Spring and Fall Super Mod Programs - Ages
5, 6, & 7
TSC Super Mod programs provides skill-building coaching. On Wednesday evenings, kids rotate through various stations where they work
on specific skills. On Friday evenings, kids participate in small group scrimages. Spring Super Mod runs for 6 weeks; Fall Super Mod runs for 5 weeks.
The program will be held at the Pioneer Park located at 5801 Henderson Blvd. in
Tumwater.
(Parents
must remain at the field during the program; children are not to be left without parental or guardian supervision. With the exception of "Service Animals," animals are not permitted on most fields
used by TSC.

Registration Fee: Player fee for Super-Mod Program is $35.00 per player using our Online Registration. Mail-in Registration is $10 more ($45) Registration fee includes a tee-shirt
(given out at beginning of program) and a youth soccer ball (given out at end of program).
Family Discounts Available: Fees are discounted for multiple player registrations within a family. Online 1st registration $35,
2nd and each additional Online registration is $25 (mail-in is $10 more per child).

Players will not be officially registered until payment in full is received by the Tumwater Soccer Club. If you do not pay online by credit card,
checks and registration form should be mailed to: Tumwater Soccer Club, PO Box 14304, Tumwater, WA 98511.
Financial aid is available. Please email your request (including the name and age of the child you plan to register) to tumwatersoccerclub.org.
BIRTH CERTIFICATE NEEDED! Please note, if your player has not previously participated in a program sponsored by the Tumwater Soccer
Club, you should send a copy of the player's birth certificate to the club (address listed above) with your payment.We do not store this documentation; it is destroyed once age is
confirmed.
Your child may register ONLY for his/her appropriate age (even if he/she desires to play up an age). Age group adjustments will be made by the Club Registrar.
