"Of The Year" Awards
District VII Soccer Families,
"Of The Year" Awards are Washington Youth Soccer's annual awards to recognize outstanding members for their work in youth soccer. We count on our volunteer coaches,
assistant coaches, volunteers, and administrators to make soccer available to almost 9,000 players in the District. We encourage YOU to take a moment to recognize someone
who has made a difference through their outstanding efforts. Awards are recognized in the following categories.
- · Young Referee of the Year
- · Boys Coach of the Year Recreation and Competitive
- · Volunteer of the Year
- · Administrator of the Year
- · TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year
- · Girls Coach of the Year Recreation and Competitive
- · Goal of the Year

To nominate a candidate, click on the category above to open the Nomination Form. Unless otherwise instructed in the Nomination Form, please mail or email your completed form to District VII, at DistrictCommissioner7@WashingtonYouthSoccer.org by no later than the District Deadline of February 16, 2012 for consideration.

Coaches Needed for Spring Soccer Program
Believe it or not, it's time to begin thinking about Spring soccer. As in previous years, TSC will be collaborating with TCYSA's and D7's spring programs. In Spring
2010, the following age groups fielded teams.
Girls: U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14/15 --- Girls HS teams participated in D7
Boys: U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U12/13, U14/15
If you have a Tumwater-area team that desires to play spring soccer -- or you wish to coach (or assistant coach) a TSC spring team, please contact Tumwater Soccer
Club as soon as possible via email (tumwatersoccerclub@gmail.com).
Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your phone #'s (day and evening)
- Your email address
- Previous coaching experience(s) or coaching credentials
- The name of your team if already formed (and number of current players) / Indicate if you have room for additional players
- If you don't have a team, but would like to coach (or assistant coach) a team, please indicate your preference (e.g., Boys U10)
Please note that all volunteers must pass a background screening as a condition of being a coach.
